What support do we offer?
We support people with a range of physical disabilities, including mild, moderate, and profound and multiple disabilities (PMLD). This includes people with mobility needs, sensory and communication needs, as well as people who have complex health needs.
Tailored support for people with physical disabilities
With over 25 years years of experience in supporting people with disabilities, we understand the need for bespoke and tailored support.
This includes the ability to tailor our environments. Most of our accommodation has been designed with rounded walls, full tracking and hoists. At our specialist service in Dudley,, where support is provided by our Black Country Community Services team, the building has been specifically designed around wheelchair users, with plenty of space and a fully accessible bathroom and kitchen with height-adjustable cookers and sinks.
Our support plans focus on each person and their unique needs, personality, abilities, and preferences. We work with the people we support to set goals and understand their aspirations, helping them to create a lifestyle that puts happiness and quality of life at the heart of the support we deliver.

Supported living for physical disabilities
We offer supported living and supported living plus options for people with physical disabilities. This allows people to manage their own tenancies and maintain independence while accessing the support they need to live a happy and fulfilling life and achieve their individual goals.
Residential Care for physical disabilities
Our residential care is ideal for people with more complex support needs. As well as offering the reassurance of 24-hour support, our warm and friendly residential environments also offer plenty of opportunities to get involved with activities and spend time with others.
