£11.55 per hour in Newham
Day Shift: 8am-3pm & 3pm-10pm
Working both shifts & weekends required
6 months support work or healthcare assistant experience within a CQC/Ofsted setting required

About Alnwick & Chadwin
2 supported living services for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disabilities. Some of the individuals who we support may also present complex behaviours.

Full Time Support Worker duties:

• Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
• Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities
• Assisting with the development of person centred plans
• This includes employment, education and other opportunities
• Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments 
• Providing personal care where needed 
• Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
