Full Time Day Support Worker 
Wood Green @ £11.55 per hour
Day Shifts: 8am-4pm, 10am-6pm & 2pm-10pm
Must be able to do all shifts, be flexible and work weekends.

Experience as a support worker, care assistant, domiciliary/home care, or residential homes within a CQC or Ofsted setting is required.

About the service
Our Supported service offers individualised and proactive support for autistic adults, as well as people with learning disabilities and associated needs.

Support Worker duties:

• Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
• Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities
• Assisting with the development of person centred plans
• This includes employment, education and other opportunities
• Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments 
• Providing personal care where needed 
• Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
