Your rights to life
Our teams’ policies, training and practice promotes the message that no matter what your support needs, you have the same rights to life as everybody.
We focus on your skills, strengths and assets – looking at what you can do, listening to what you want and then working together to set plans to achieve your goals, dreams and aspirations.

Person Centred Thinking
We will use a range of Person Centred Thinking Tools so that you can directly contribute to the creation of your support plan. We can provide documents in accessible formats so that they make sense to you.
We will review plans with you regularly to make sure that they continue to meet your needs and are helping you achieve your goals and dreams.
We value your feedback
Your feedback is really important and we have a number of platforms for you to tell us what you think of our support as well as getting involved in improving our services.
These range from: co-production meetings between people we support and our teams; helping us recruit new team members and completing our annual survey.
