Day Support Worker in Kings Heath
£12.31 per hour. Permanent 40 hours per week 
Day Shifts: 7:30am-3pm & 2:30pm-10pm with working some weekends required must be fully flexible to work across all shifts
Essential that you must hold a manual UK driving licence for this role

A supported living services for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs. Some of the individuals who we support may also present challenging behaviour

 Support Worker duties:

• Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
• Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities
• Assisting with the development of person centred plans
• This includes employment, education and other opportunities
• Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments 
• Providing personal care where needed 
• Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development

Any successful candidates will be required to undergo a enhanced DBS check.
