Male Day Support Worker in Manor Park
£12.31 Per hour – Full time permanent
Day Shifts: 7:30am-3pm & 2:30pm-10pm working weekends & full flexibility required
Essential: Experience with CQC, Autism and challenging Behaviour

Service
Residential Support service with individual flats providing support for up to 9 individuals with autism and those who may be stepping down from secure settings. 
Support Worker duties:

  • Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
  • Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities.
  • Assisting with the development of person centred plans for our residents
  • This includes employment, education and other opportunities
  • Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments 
  • Providing personal care where needed always working towards more independence 
  • Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
