Overview

Phoenix House is a bespoke residential service that has been designed to support eight autistic adults, as well as adults with learning disabilities.

Tailored support, bespoke accommodation

Phoenix House is an award-winning residential service in Manor Park, Newham, with eight self-contained flats for adults with high and complex support needs. Each flat has its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living space, giving people the privacy of their own home while having the support they need around them.

There are also shared social and activity spaces and a courtyard, giving people opportunities to spend time with others, try new activities and get involved in everyday life. Having both private and shared spaces means people can choose how they spend their time and receive support that reflects their individual needs, preferences and communication style.

Phoenix House supports people with autism, learning disabilities, Prader-Willi syndrome, mental health needs and behaviours of concern. The team has experience supporting people who may need higher levels of staffing, structured routines, specialist communication support, environmental adaptations or input from different professionals.
