Who We Are:
We are an independent provider of innovative support services for young people and adults with complex needs
Precious Homes was established in 1994 with one registered service and has grown organically since then. We were inspired by a clear vision of providing robust person centred services that enabled autistic people and people with learning disabilities to remain in their local communities and experience a quality of life.
We are proud to be an independent company and attribute our success to our clear commitment to those who use our services.
Precious Homes’ dedicated staff teams are its most important asset and our investment in their continued professional development and training is essential.
How are we different?
We’re different from other care providers!
We provide assisted living to young people 16+ and adults with learning disabilities and we turn their lives around with award winning service and a big smile. Having earned a strong reputation among Local Authorities and won many awards beating most of our competitors for successfully supporting some of the most complex needs within the social care environment.
This, without a doubt, confirms our commitment to best practice in people and business management.

Our vision is to be a provider of choice and a supporter of progress in life.

Meet our Senior Management Team
As the founder of Precious Homes, Mitesh has been involved in the care sector for over 25 years. Originally a graduate trainee in the city with a keen interest in property development, Mitesh turned his attention to the social care sector, developing bespoke properties tailored to the needs of the individual.
Today, Precious operates 40 residential and supported living services around the UK, providing high-quality, person-centred support for autistic adults and people with learning disabilities. Mitesh firmly believes that it takes skill, knowledge and a special kind of person to be a support worker and is a job that deserves to be applauded, recognised and celebrated.

Chief Executive Officer
Originally appointed to the role of CFO, Fergal fast became an integral part of the senior management team. His intimate knowledge of the company, passion, and vision for outstanding support saw him take up the role of CEO in early 2020.
As well as extensive experience as a chartered accountant, Fergal has front-line experience in the healthcare sector, having trained and worked as both a clinical pharmacist and a community pharmacist. Fergal has a strong focus on quality and is committed to making Precious the first choice for social care support and employment.
Paul has around 40 years working in care provision across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, joining the team as non-executive Chairman in July 2021.
He has experience working in Local Authority and commissioning roles, as well as working with vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, physical disabilities, sensory impairment, and brain injuries. This, combined with Paul’s time in residential, nursing, rehabilitation, crisis intervention, and domiciliary care, means that he provides an objective and experienced sounding board for the Precious leadership team.
