Learning Disabilities
We support individuals with a range of learning disabilities, including mild, moderate, and profound & multiple disabilities. This also includes individuals with physical disabilities, sensory and communication needs and people who have complex health needs.
We take a person centred approach to support – with each person’s plan developed in line with their specific needs, aims and aspirations.

Our Support Teams
Our teams deliver flexible and enabling support that meets individual needs and puts the person with a learning disability in control. We also link to family members, friends, advocates, our In-House Multi-Disciplinary Team and other key members of an individual’s circle of support to ensure the delivery of personalised support packages.
Maximising ability to acheive goals
We embed a positive risk management approach to our support – promoting person centred participation and outcomes within a safe environment, with the aim for people to maximise their ability and achieve their goals.
