Supported Living

Our supported housing combines the advantages of independence with the reassurance of twenty four hour on site support. Our projects are located in North and North West London and also in Devon and Hertfordshire. These projects offer a mixture of spacious studio, one and two bedroom flats.

Service users placed within our services experience greater choice, support from a smaller staff team which enables greater consistency and continuity of support and also the provision of a physical environment that a service user can truly call their own.

Our housing stock is independently supplied by Fabian Housing, a not for profit organisation. Fabian Housing provides the housing management and tenancy sustainment support to the service users which includes establishing tenancy agreements, supporting service users in making their housing benefit claims, making arrangements for carrying out repairs in their flats etc
