Male Day Support Worker – Full time permanent
£11 and hour in  Sutton Coldfield 
Day shifts: 7.30am & 3pm 2.30-10pm. Flexibility & weekend work essential. 
Essential: Support Worker/Healthcare experience within CQC or Ofsted setting

Service
Vermont House is a bespoke Residential Service designed to support up to six autistic adults, or those with learning disabilities and associated needs, to develop the skills and confidence necessary to lead a more independent life.
Full Time Support Worker duties:

• Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
• Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities
• Assisting with the development of person centred plans
• This includes employment, education and other opportunities
• Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments 
• Providing personal care where needed 
• Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
