Female Night Support Worker 
Milton Keynes – Fishermead, Oldbrook & Two Mile Ash
£11 per hour. Permanent Full Time
Night Shifts: 8pm-8am.
Must be fully flexible working weekends at all 3 locations
Essential experience as a support worker or healthcare assistant within a CQC setting.

About the service
3 supported living services supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Autism.

Full Time Support Worker duties:

• Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
• Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities
• Assisting with the development of person centred plans
• This includes employment, education and other opportunities
• Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments 
• Providing personal care where needed 
• Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
