Registered Care Manager - North West London £28K - £35K

We are a leading provider of services in North London and are entering an exciting period of expansion in 2007, requiring motivated and caring people to make things happen.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to manage our new residential service for adults with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour. The successful candidate will be expected to work within the scope of the Care Standards Act 2000, and ensure the home exceed the standards laid down by the Commission For Social Care Inspection, as well as developing both a caring and empowering ethos to maximise people's independence and quality of life.

A care related qualification will be crucial, ideally backed by a Management NVQ Level 4 and two years experience at senior level with this service user group.
