Apprenticeship programme

Precious Homes has an apprenticeship programme for its employees, allowing them to earn while they learn. The programme is open to all new and existing staff, regardless of age, as well as in both care support and admin roles. The Apprenticeship Award is an excellent way of gaining nationally recognised qualifications. It has three parts: a certificate in Health and Social Care (or business administration), a Health and Social Care diploma (or business administration) and key skills qualifications in numeracy and literacy. A module on employment rights and responsibilities is also completed. There are two levels of apprenticeship qualifications: Level 2 (Apprenticeship – which is equal to 5 GCSEs at grade C or above); and Level 3 (Advanced Apprenticeship – which is equal to 2 A Levels).
