We are able to offer those with impaired mobility the opportunity to reside in skilfully converted flats which promote autonomy and independence.

We work by developing an Individual Service Plan which focuses on a program of activities that enables the relearning of previous skills and the acquisition of new skills where possible, or focuses on compensatory strategies to reduce the impact of these deficits upon the service users’ daily living. The aim of the assessment and care plan is always to enable the client to achieve as high a degree of independence as possible
