Precious Homes has been shortlisted as a finalist in four categories at this year’s prestigious LaingBuisson Awards.
Widely considered to be the Oscars of health and social care, the LaingBuisson Awards recognise and celebrate industry excellence within public, private and third sectors. Precious Homes has been shortlisted in the Supported Living, Management Excellence, Specialist Care and Healthcare Outcomes categories.
Greg Lapham, CEO at Precious Homes, commented, “I am absolutely delighted with the dedication and hard work of all of our team. Being named as finalists of these prestigious awards is brilliant recognition of their tireless, dedication and hard work in delivering person-centred support. The true definition of quality is doing it when nobody is watching. Keep up the great work team Precious!”
After a significant and ongoing period of organic growth which has seen new services open, development of existing services, team growth and investment in business infrastructure, reaching the final represents another step in the company’s journey towards being the provider of choice for young people and adults with complex needs. In addition to being listed as finalists, 100% of the services at Precious Homes have been awarded a Good or Outstanding rating by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Greg added, “The very best of luck to the other organisations that have been shortlisted and we look forward to seeing you all on the 13th November.”
This year’s award ceremony will be held on the 13th November at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, SE1 7UT. Now in their 14th year, the Awards are judged independently and objectively and focus on the people providing care as well as advisors.
