Precious Homes Group expands with new acquisition

The deals will see the award winning group add to its existing portfolio of 21 facilities
which support individuals with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, mental health issues and who may have behaviour described as challenging.
The acquired homes will be rebranded to become part of the Precious Homes Group.
The Consensa Care portfolio consists of five facilities across London and Essex, and was acquired on 1st October 2015 and includes specialist services for supported living, learning disabilities, brain injury and mental health.
Precious Homes Managing Director, Mitesh Dhanak said the deal was good news for service users.
