Some of the feedback from the inspections included:
“There were excellent systems in place to keep people safe from harm. Staff had undertaken risk assessments which were regularly reviewed to minimise potential harm to people using the service.”
“Staff are caring, thoughtful, understanding and compassionate.”
Staff members told us how much they enjoyed their job. A staff member said, “Sometimes if an individual who we support needs a big item like a flower pot, I go and get it on my day off”.
Manager Tracy Keane said, “I couldn’t have asked for a better report and it’s all down to my team and the work they do day in and day out, their dedication and enthusiasm. I am very proud!”
Greg Lapham said, “Well done to Tracy and her team members in Hertfordshire. I am delighted with the positive feedback from inspectors and across the board ‘Good’ rating in each key area – a fantastic result for a fantastic service.”
