Burghley Road Makeover
14 Nov 2016
Burghley Road, one of Precious Homes’ supported living projects in North London, has undergone a home makeover with a series of uplifts to the exterior and interior of the 9-person scheme in Haringey.
Manager Michael Tusingwire explains, “The property was looking tired and needed some work completing both inside and out to improve the look and feel of the project.”
Work has included renovating the brickwork, painting widows, fixing the outside railings and laying a new floor.
“Inside, each flat has been decorated and the people supported here are delighted with the results – the changes really improve the look and feel of the properties and service.” Michael adds.
Operations Director Simon Griffiths said, “This is part of Precious Homes’ wider initiative to improve and update our existing services to ensure they continue to meet the high standards we expect and in line with the high specification of our new build services being launched nationally.”
Burghley Road is only one service in a series of plans for improvements to be made to Precious Homes’ existing services across the London.
“Everyone wants a home that they can be proud of and we have seen how our investment in renovating and improving environments provides huge benefits to the people we support across the UK.” Simon adds.
