Our supported living combines the advantages of independence with the reassurance of individually tailored support to enable individuals to exercise choice and control over their own lives. To make these choices, some people will need more help than others but the key to success of our supported living is that we design services that meet the particular needs and wishes of individuals. People in supported living services have their own tenancies, enabling them to access the full range of financial benefits and purchase the support they require to lead independent lives.

By placing the individual at the heart of our philosophy, we have been at the forefront of developing small innovative supported living services for people with diverse needs since 1998.

Experienced in working with service users, their families and carers, housing providers and purchasers, we are often the starting point for successful long-term partnerships.

Never forgetting they are visitors in the service user’s homes, our staff are trained to think from the person’s perspective.

We want the people receiving our support to have choice, control, rights and Independence and to be valued as part of the community and by developing and regularly monitoring Person Centred Plans we can demonstrate that our services continue to meet each individual’s aspirations.

In addition to our own housing provision, we work in partnership with many local landlords. Working together we ensure that a full range of innovative housing options is available to meet the needs of our service users.

Rock Street, located in Finsbury Park, consists of 16 self- contained flats, a staff office and a service user/ tenants’ common room.	Burghley Road, located in Wood Green consists of 9 self-contained flats, and a staff office.	Burgoyne Road located in Green Lanes consists of 4 self-contained flats, and a staff office.
Lordship Lane located in Wood Green consists of a large 4 bed maisonette flat.	Turnpike Lane located in Wood Green consists of 5 self-contained flats, and a staff office.	Coniston Gardens located in Wembley consists of a large 2 bed flat which is a bespoke service set up for two specific service users.
Lausanne Road located in Hornsey, Haringey. Consists of 5 flats and staff office.
