We operate a flexible approach in our services to referral. You are welcome to make an initial enquiry or seek advice by telephone, fax or email.

We provide a rapid response to referrals and will normally arrange a professional assessment within a few days of your call. We never attempt to fit people into unsuitable services or where they would be unhappy.

Your service user will receive a comprehensive assessment, at no cost, from designated members of our team of care professionals. The assessment will be followed by a written report. Should the assessment reveal that your service user would benefit from one of our specialist services, you will be given a fully costed proposal.

Should you progress to placing your service user in our care, an appropriate unit will be identified and an admission date will be agreed.

You will be provided with specific objectives for the admission, and progress will be evaluated at regular review meetings. You will also be provided with an in-depth assessment of your service user's identified needs together with details of a care plan and management guidelines.

If we feel that your service user would not benefit from care from our services, we will provide you with advice on other placement options which may be more suited to their specific needs.
