What do Support Workers do?
 Our Senior Support Workers play a central role in ensuring the quality of care and support we provide.
You'll take a lead on person centred planning, empowering each person you support to make choices about how they lead their lives. You may also get the opportunity to lead shifts and supervise other less experienced staff.
You'll act as key worker where appropriate, helping to supervise other members of the team.
